Dear colleagues, Greetings from Credibility Alliance!! As per section 12(6) of the FC(R) Act, 2010, the FCRA registration shall be valid for a period of 5 years. However, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) vide its circular dated 22nd June, 2022, has extended the validity of such Certificates. The contents of the circular are mentioned below: The validity of the FCRA registration shall be extended till 30th September, 2022 or till the date of disposal of the renewal application, whichever is earlier. This would apply only where the application for renewal has been filed and is pending till date.
